Whitesilk Slave
This is for any slave that wishes to remain untouched and virginal. To earn this right, slaves have to be blameless and pleasing in their manner. or some collared slaves. They must also behave in a delicate non sexual manner. Any Free Person can request that their collared slaves be allowed to serve as a white silk slave. In this case a white silk would serve only their Owner sexually, no one else.
Generally white silks' duties and activities will be similar to those of other silks, depending on their experience and knowledge. They will perfect their service in the tavern learning to serve all in tower position (thighs closed).
This slave will not consent to any sexual service or will lose the white silk status granted by the Council.
The Council will strip a slave of white silks for inappropriate behavior.
No honorable Gorean would even ask a white silk for sexual services.
Garden Slave
All slaves will start as Garden slaves this includes new arrivals (new to Gor or Lara) This level provides protection of the Council as they learn the ways of Gor and the City. Garden slaves will use this time wisely and accomplished slaves can often do this quickly; others have some difficulty if they have come from different Gor environments. The following are what is expected of all Garden slaves.
Garden slaves are to tend the gardens, remain in the consensual areas of Lara, be pleasant , and greet visitors as they watch and learn about positions.
They should spend time reading files and practicing in The Inn or slave garden with other slaves and learning about various Gorean drinks, what is expected of them in serving and how to obtain their next silk level . If they are familiar with Gor, this is the time to spend to review the files and rules of Lara.
They wear a light repcloth tunic which will be presented to them upon entry by their tour guide.
We fiercely protect garden slaves and frown on anyone that scares them. Garden slaves may be asked to try a serve if they feel they are ready. This being the intent to aid them in learning about serving. We ask that you do not pressure if the girl is not trained or ready to attempt a serve. All must let them learn and begin serving as they feel comfortable.
Garden slaves cannot be made to enter the non-consent rooms of Lara.
Garden slaves can not be used in the furs or warm laps, nor are they taken to the private rooms in the Inn, or locked rooms.
Blacksilk Slave
This is an untrained slave that desires to learn more about serving, multiple serves as well.This slave is the housekeeper of Lara. He or she cooks, cleans, carries messages, decorates, does laundry, and cares for animals. They may also begin serving when asked.
The black silk slave will be busy studying the Gorean traditions and how to serve various foods. He or she will watch as more experienced slaves serve and learn to study their graceful movements. This is the time for them to begin to practice serving.
This slave wears black silk with no adornments unless given by their Owner.
They should be polite to all who enter and may begin trying to serve to the best of their abilities if no yellow silk or red silk slave is present. Black silk slaves should take special care to welcome new slaves and make them feel welcome.
He or she is not required or expected to dance.
Yellowsilk Slave
These are more fully trained slaves who have developed their skills and knowledge. These slaves are the workers of the city. Their duties include greeting, serving and tidying up the place if no other slaves are present. Their studies of Gorean culture should begin.
Yellow silks are to work at making their serves more graceful and developing further, their skills and knowledge.
They wear yellow silks with no adornments (except those given by their Owner). If their service improves they may be given various items of adornment for rewards.
They are expected to help new slaves, this includes assisting in positions and service. A yellow silk slave may be asked to perform dances.
Redsilk Slave
In due time a yellow silk slave that has dutifully learned to serve, dance and learned more of Gorean traditions may be promoted to the status of red silk slave, if the Council deems them worthy.
Duties include cooking, cleaning, serving, singing, reciting, playing an instrument and dancing if asked. They are to spend their time learning how to be more pleasing in sensual ways.
They wear red silks with no adornments (except those given by their Owner). If their service improves they may be given various items of adornment for rewards.
A red silk slave will be expected to help train less experienced slaves. They will greet and converse with all visitors in a pleasing manner. They will set a good example for other slaves, and help all visitors understand more about Gorean ways.
Redsilk Pleasure Slave
Red silk slave that has dutifully learned to serve, dance and learned more of Gorean traditions may be promoted to the status of red silk pleasure slave, if the Council deems them worthy.
Duties may include cooking, cleaning, serving, singing, reciting, playing an instrument, dancing if asked, and to be the most sensual slave possible, to serve in the furs with passion and fire.
They are to spend their time learning how to be more pleasing in sensual ways, how to express their passions fully.
They wear red silk with belly chain or just a chain wrapped and draped in red silk. Various items of adornment for rewards may be worn.
A red silk pleasure slave will be expected to help train less experienced slaves. They will greet and converse with all visitors in a pleasing manner. They will set a good example for other slaves, and help all visitors understand more about Gorean ways. They will be expected to serve fully in the furs without question.
Collared Slaves
A collared slave's Owner may dress them in any (off-color) silk or other form of dress they choose or even make them go totally nude. Owners may meet with a Council member in order to set up verification of their slaves status, a ribbon will be given to indicate this status and/or agreement for silks of status color. No Free person may raise the status of their slave.
Note :
The Council's primary interests, in granting silks, are in the level of Gorean knowledge shown, the skills and accomplishments of the slave. Their behavior and attitude as demonstrated in public and in the life of the City. Council recognizes that slaves come to Lara with different levels of prior experience and that there will be exceptional cases. In general, however, yellow silks are unlikely to be granted to slaves with less than 100 hours total connect time, and red silks are unlikely to be granted to those with less than 300 hours. Red pleasure 500.
The Council emphasizes that hours alone do NOT qualify a slave for silks, and that pestering for silks is not regarded positively. Silks are a privilege, not a right (for slaves have none).
