<p><p><font color="#AFA274" face="papyrus" size="4"><b>1. "<u>BE
GOR OR BE GONE!!"</u> This is a Gorean talker. WE follow the ideals set down
in the Gor Novels written by John Norman. We do not want language, rituals or
cultures created by others used here.<br>
<p>2. This talker is NOT a place for illegal dealings. Such things would be best taken
elsewhere. <br>
<p>3.The use of swearing and other profanity in public areas should be
kept to a minimum. <br>
<p>4. Harassment of any kind is frowned upon. If you are being harassed then please
seek assistance from a Council member or assistant.<br>
<p>5. Head games will not be tolerated. Anyone caught is subject to being banned.<br>
<p>6. Multiple accounts are NOT allowed at this time. All Citizens must either be Free
OR slave. BUT (1) CRP account is allowed per citizen. it will have to be marked in profile
its a CRP or it will be nuked. The CRP is by council approval only (at this time)
Wiz will be allowed exception to this rule for reasons of working in Lara.<br>
<p>7. Respect is mutual. Treat Free Persons with respect. Treat slaves as slaves. This is the Gorean way.<br>
<p>8. A tour is required now, for understanding the layout of consent and non consent
areas. If you enter and Council or assistant is not about roaming is at your own risk.
A tour is still mandatory for remaining in Lara.<br>
<p>9. Decisions of the Admin of the talker are final. If you have a grievance, please
do not hesitate to voice your position or opinions on a subject in Private with them.
Any petitions submitted for hearing by Council are welcome, and will be seen to as soon as possible. <br>
<p>10. Bugging people for a promotion is a good way to NOT get one. If you are deemed worthy
then you will be recognized. <br>
<p>11. Any mistreatment of city slaves, or undue disrespect of FW, will result in immediate action
or if it becomes habitual the result will be more consequential. (One warning MAY be given, second
offense could result in arrest for up to 1 week in sleen. Depending on the offense) <br>
<p>12. If a collared slave break the rules, then direct the grievance toward his/her Owner.
If a city owned slave breaks the rules, notify an assistant or Council member (i.e, the city
itself). <br>
<p>13. Spamming other cities for citizens or taking them from here is discouraged by this talker.
This means no giving out addys of other places inside the city. If someone does show interest in
Gor our website should be permissible for them to visit and locate us from there. IF you do bring
someone in please let a council member know. We wish to make all feel welcome to Lara <br>
<p>14. Lara is for those who wish to experience Gor. It is not a place for HNG's to hang out and use
for sexual gratification. Anyone caught running in and out for this purpose will be arrested and
banned. <br>
<p>15. All NEW slaves are restricted to the Plaza/ The Inn and Gardens and must have .desc garden slave
are required to take the training available, and MUST remain in the few consent designated rooms till
unrestricted by council. <br>
<p>16. Every slave entering will be required to wear a collar, either personal or Lara city.<br>
<p>17. All Freepersons will be under a 10 Hour adjusting period. (being no locked rooms or furing slaves)
This is to allow Freepersons time to know the rules, regulations, and to be familiar with Lara and Gor. <br>
<p>18. It is strongly suggested that all activity be logged for the safety and well being of all. Any disputes
brought to the council will be judged fairly and upon the logs given. If none given it could result in all
parties arrested for a limited time till a decission is made. <br>
<p>19.Killing of CRP's only at this time. <br>
